People Living with Chronic Pain
You Don’t Have To Navigate It Alone
Therapy cannot always remove pain or illness. But it can help transform the way you relate to yourself while moving through it.
My hope is to offer a space where you feel less alone, less pressured to “hold it all together,” and more able to meet yourself with honesty, compassion, and care.
If you’re living with chronic illness, chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, nervous system exhaustion, or the emotional weight that often comes with them, therapy can be a place to process, reconnect, and breathe a little easier.
When Your Body Changes, Life Changes Too
I work with people navigating chronic pain or illness to process grief, reconnect with themselves, and feel less alone in the uncertainty. Since being hospitalized and diagnosed with chronic illness in 2019, I’ve developed a deep compassion for the emotional weight that can come with living in a body that no longer feels predictable. My work is informed both by clinical training and lived experience, and I strive to create a space where clients feel understood—not just intellectually, but emotionally and experientially.
