High-Achieving Adults
For people who look fine on the outside but feel overwhelmed on the inside
What Therapy With Me is Like
My work is grounded, thoughtful, and body-aware. We focus on slowing things down, understanding what your stress or symptoms are communicating, and finding ways to respond with more clarity and self-trust. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you reconnect with yourself and move forward without fighting your own experience.
I bring both professional training and lived experience into the room, and I work in a way that’s compassionate, honest, and nonjudgmental.
Who this might not be for
You’re seeking short-term therapy or therapy primarily for immediate FMLA or short-term disability leave
You’re looking for quick fixes or surface-level coping strategies
You’re not open to slowing down or exploring how stress and emotions show up in your body
If you’re unsure, we can talk through your goals and see whether this approach makes sense for where you are right now.
I work with high-achieving adults who are successful, capable, and responsible—yet feel stuck, exhausted, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. Many of the people I work with are navigating chronic stress, trauma, health challenges, or major life shifts that have disrupted how they see themselves or their future.
Often, these are people who are used to pushing through, staying productive, and taking care of others—until their body, mind, or life circumstances force a pause.
