Telehealth Vs. In-Person?

I am currently only offering telehealth sessions for people located in Washington State where I hold a professional license.

Texas in-person sessions coming Fall of 2026.

  • Texas license is pending approval

  • TRP PLLC will offer coaching for TX residents in the interim. Lifestyle coaching is not reimbursable through insurance

Consultation Requirement

Consultations are required for all new clients for a free a 20 min phone call or telehealth call to learn about current challenges, therapeutic goals, assess clinical fit, and scheduling.

Fees & Payment

  • 45 min psychotherapy session $200

  • 60 min psychotherapy session $250

  • Out of network provider 

  • Clients often get reimbursed through SuperBills

  • Debit/Credit card, HSA, and FSA accepted

  • Limited sliding scale spots 

  • One weekly pro-bono spot (8 sessions total) reserved for people navigating chronic pain or illness

    •  Future offerings may include extended sessions, groups, intensives, or workshops.
